What does a SPARK day cost?

£10,000, fixed and confirmed before you book. You leave with a verdict, a defined scope and a working prototype against it.

Do I need to be technical to work with MOHARA?

No. Built With is designed for people building without an engineering background, including people already using AI tools who want to do it on solid foundations.

Can a whole product be delivered at a fixed price?

Often, but not always honestly. Fixed pricing works where scope can genuinely be fixed. For exploratory work with real unknowns, a fixed price is either padded or about to be cut short. We fix what can be fixed and are straight about the rest.

Who owns the code?

You do. On both Built With and Built By, you own the product and the code we build for you. The specifics are set out in the contract before any work begins.

Do you work with companies outside the UK?

Yes. Teams are based in London, Cape Town, Bangkok, Guadalajara and Portland, and clients span the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

How quickly can we start?

SPARK runs as a single day and is the fastest way to begin, because it turns one of your own problems into a verdict and a working prototype without a long scoping phase. Built With and Built By start once the shape of the work is agreed, which is deliberately quick because the fundamentals and tooling are already in place.

What happens after a SPARK day?

You leave with a verdict on whether to build, a defined scope, and a working prototype against it. From there most organisations move to Built By, if they want the product built, or Corporate Innovation, if they want the capability rolled out to their own experts. There is no obligation to continue.

Do you only build with AI?

No. We build with AI under control, which means engineers and product judgement direct the tools, and every change is reviewed before it ships. AI raises the pace and the floor; humans keep the ceiling.
